Frequently Asked Questions
What is Resurfacing?
Resurfacing (refinishing) is the process of restoring the original
beauty to surfaces while maintaining the original structure of the item being restored. During this
process, there may be a need to repair chips, cracks, or other imperfections. Before the resurfacing
process is complete, it is possible to apply custom colors instead of using the original color; we offer a wide
variety of colors to match any special project.

Chip-resistant/durable
As time evolves, structures usually remain stable, but the color
is out of date. In order to change the color, one would have to remove the old tile, grout, wire mesh, tub
etc. While these things are possible to replace, there is a substantial amount of demolition, down time and
inconvenience for these jobs.
Resurfacing usually takes 2-3 hours or up to one day for multiple items
to be properly completed. After the job is complete, we perform quality inspections with the
customer.
